YES!
Why on earth would you think that you wouldn’t have to pay your mortgage? The point of modification is to make it more affordable – it doesn’t eliminate it.
Was your question poorly worded? Do you mean do you have to pay the payments that are in arrears (the ones you previously missed)? Is there something else I’m missing?
