Do modification loans require a notary for signing?
When you get a mortgage, the notary person comes to your house to sign the documents (at least for the most part that I am aware of). When getting a modification loan, is the process the same as far as a notary coming over to your home to sign or do they just mail the documents to your home for you to sign and mail back (or no signing involved?)?

Do loan officers make good money in OKC?
Does anyone know the potential earnings for loan officers around Oklahoma City?
question about loan modification/foreclosure?
My home is set to be auctioned off On March 10. I am not on the loan, so my access to information is very limited. My soon to be ex-husband is on the loan only, but we are both on the title. He claims to be in the process of a loan modification. My question is this: If the loan modification enough to stall the foreclosure of the property? He has a already filed Ch 13 BK three times, each time it was dismissed and he just kept re-filing. Can he file again? Basically I want to be able to stay in my home. He had taken out a mortgage and spent on himself. The property was originally mine, but I stupidly put him on the title. Ladies, don’t make the same mistake. Are the prospects as dim as they seem? I’d appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Can bankers go from being personal bankers or loan officers to being portfolio managers?
What would you have to do? Take the CFA exam or get an MBA? Is it stressful being a portfolio manager for a bank?
I was thinking of the person who invests the banks money. Maybe I should have gotten a finance degree. Oh well.

I resently got a forcloser letter in the mail I called them and they told me to disregard the letter and continue to send them money to keep the modification in process then I had someone show up at my house to look at my home . We called again and they assured us again this was to help us with the modification . I feel they just want as much money from us while they continue the foreclosure proccess should I keep sending them my trial loan payment . its has been 9 months .should i trust aurora
