how do loan officers use your like insurance payments for credit bureaus?

my loan officer asked for bills that we pay on time to show good payment history i was wondering how that would affect our loan if it shows that we have been late this is for a fha loan

    If they are asking to see your bills be ready for the bad news.
    This means that you are barely qualifying.
    Be ready for the bad news on whatever it is you are trying to finance

    It doesn’t….they’re trying to show a balky lender you can pay on time. Usually these are denied.
